We cannot be held liable for:

  • Denial of refund or partial refund
  • Supplier penalties, fees, or service charges
  • Service modification or non-availability
  • Delayed or denied boarding
  • Inaccurate representation by a supplier
  • Equipment failures (aircraft, bus, car, hotel, telecom, etc.)
  • Force majeure events (no-show, operational disruptions, weather, government orders, etc.)
  • Supplier negligence or misconduct
  • Booking losses due to supplier bankruptcy, shutdown, suspension, or operational issues

Your disputes, claims, refund requests, or compensation claims must be made directly with the supplier.

4. Accuracy of Information

We always attempt to publish accurate and updated pricing, itineraries, availability, and destination information. However:

  • Travel pricing is dynamic
  • Currency conversions vary
  • Availability may change quickly
  • Supplier feeds may update after redirection

We cannot guarantee real-time accuracy, nor do we guarantee:

  • Price availability at the moment of booking
  • Price errors from suppliers
  • Uninterrupted web access
  • Accuracy of descriptions, images, policies, or facilities shown
  • Last-minute fare or room changes
  • Promotional validity or offer terms

Final pricing, terms, inclusions, exclusions, penalties, and refund rules are defined only on the supplier website at the time of checkout.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are made directly to third-party suppliers or booking engines, not to us. We do not:

  • Store card or banking information
  • Collect fees for travel services
  • Handle EMI, refunds, or settlements
  • Control payment gateways or merchant accounts

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment failures
  • Duplicate payment issues
  • Refund processing delays
  • Disputed charges or chargebacks
  • Banking or card settlement timelines

Such issues must be addressed with:

  • Your bank or payment provider

6. Liability Limitation

  • Theft, cancellations, medical emergencies, missed flights, missed hotel check-in, lost baggage, etc.
  • Damages resulting from reliance on published travel data

Travel is inherently subject to risks; we do not insure you against travel interruptions or operational failures.

You are responsible for purchasing travel insurance from an authorized provider if necessary.

7. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Read supplier terms, fare rules, refund rules, baggage rules, and cancellation policies before booking
  • Verify accuracy of personal information before completing a transaction
  • Follow immigration, documentation, and health requirements imposed by authorities or carriers
