Our platform provides users with travel search, comparison, and referral services, helping them find the best available deals offered by independent travel service providers, booking platforms, and affiliates (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel aggregators, rail/bus operators, insurance partners, car rental partners, activity platforms, and other online travel merchants).

We do not sell travel products directly, nor do we collect payments for tickets, hotels, packages, transportation services, or any other travel-related product. All bookings, cancellations, changes, and refunds are processed and governed exclusively by the respective third-party providers to whom users are redirected for final purchase.

Because of this, the refund rules, processing time, eligibility, delivery of services, and charges are entirely controlled by the respective third-party supplier and not by us.

1. Nature of Our Services

We do not:

  • Provide travel services directly
  • Issue tickets or vouchers
  • Handle booking confirmations
  • Accept payments on behalf of any supplier

Once a user is redirected to a third-party platform and completes a booking there, the agreement becomes exclusively between the user and that supplier.

2. Responsibility for Refunds

All refunds (if applicable) are governed by the terms and policies of the travel partner or supplier where the booking is completed.

This means:

  • Refund eligibility depends on supplier rules
  • Cancellation timelines depend on supplier rules
  • Fees, deductions, and penalties depend on supplier rules
  • Refund processing time depends on supplier rules
  • Mode of refund depends on supplier rules
  • Refund disputes must be handled directly with that supplier

We cannot influence or modify supplier decisions, policies, pricing, or refund eligibility.

3. How to Request a Refund or Change

If you wish to modify, cancel, or request a refund for any booking, please contact the supplier directly using their customer support channels, as provided in your:

  • Booking confirmation email
  • Invoice
  • Ticket or voucher
  • Supplier website account
  • Customer support phone/chat/email of that supplier

We do not have access to:

  • Booking IDs
  • Payment records
  • Reservation details
  • Supplier internal systems
  • Passenger/ticket information

Therefore, we cannot initiate or approve refunds on your behalf.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

Travel products may sometimes be:

  • Non-refundable
  • Partially refundable
  • Subject to penalties
  • Affected by no-show rules
  • Restricted due to date changes, blackout rules, or fare types

The supplier will specify this information at checkout. Please read supplier terms carefully before completing your booking.

We are not responsible if:

  • A booking is non-refundable

  • A refund is denied based on supplier policy

5. Service Issues, Quality Disputes, or Delivery Problems

If you face:

  • Service delivery issues
  • Overbooking or cancellation by provider
  • Missed or delayed service
  • Quality disputes
  • Misrepresentation
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, operational issues, authority restrictions, etc.)

These must be addressed directly with the supplier where the booking was made. We can assist by guiding you on how to contact the supplier but we cannot issue compensation or refunds ourselves.

6. Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a payment dispute or chargeback for a booking, all documentation and resolution will occur between:

  • The user,
  • Their bank or payment processor, and
  • The supplier or platform where the payment was originally made

We do not hold user payments and cannot participate in dispute resolution.

7. Our Liability Limitation

Since:

  • We are not a travel company,
  • We do not issue tickets,
  • We do not provide travel services,
  • We do not collect user payments,

We are not liable for:

  • Refund delays
  • Refund denials
  • Supplier errors
  • Service disruptions
  • Payment failures
  • Booking or reservation disputes
  • Cancellation penalties
  • No-show issues
  • Force majeure impacts

Your relationship is directly with the supplier, and their terms will govern every aspect of service delivery and refundability.

8. Advisory Role Only

Our role is limited to helping you:

  • Compare travel prices
  • Discover travel options
  • Redirect you to trusted platforms for final booking

This service is informational and advisory. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of pricing, booking success, cancellation support, or refund outcomes, since these are managed by the supplier.
